Our Commitment

We recognise that safe operation is most critical to our success as a Business and therefore strive towards continuous improvement. Our robust HSEF Policy highlights our commitment in eight key areas:

  • We comply with all applicable laws and regulations and other requirements in which the company operates.
  • We ensure protection of Environment and prevention of Pollution throughout supply chain and at all levels of operations.
  • We provide a safe working environment for our team members, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Energy conservation, recovery, recycling, reuse and reduction of waste, minimising hazards, and risks, preventing injury and ill health.
  • We provide a system to encourage employees and contractors to identify and report all incidents / unsafe acts / conditions including near miss incidents and correcting it by taking appropriate Corrective Actions in a time bound programme.
  • We integrate sustainability considerations into all business decisions and processes with the aim of creating value and mitigating future risks by committing product stewardship across the product life cycle.
  • We provide the work and adequate resources for effective and continual improvement in the HSEF management system, sustainability objectives and targets and its performance through periodic audits and compliances.
  • Adopting internationally recognised standards in HSEF management system, through effective communication consultation and participation of all employees and contractors and provide necessary training to them.

Performance Management

We continuously act on our systems and processes to measure, monitor, manage and continually improve HSEF performance including hazard identification and risk mitigation. We also constantly update our suite of management information dashboards to continually improve awareness and management of HSEF risks.
